Hi,
Click on the Calendar icon from the left pane, and click on "Add Calendar" there is an option "Upload from File". Please upload the .ics file there.
Hi, I tried this, but when in the "New Outlook", on the Calendar view there is no option to "Upload from File". The options that I see are "New event/Event" (which does not include the upload from file), "Day", "Work week", "Month", "Filter", and "Print". So the import option is missing in the Calendar view in the "New Outlook". I have taken a screen shot and provided the same of what I see. Thanks.
This is what I see when I click on the "Add Calendar" item:

Suggestions? Thanks for helping.
Hi,
Hmm, not sure why that option is missing in your outlook client.
Try dragging the .ics file from your Downloads folder into the calendar (in Calendar view) until the "Drop .ics files here" icon appears. For me, I have to drop it in the date area, not in the daily schedule area.

The dragging operation of the .ics file to the calendar caused the following dialog to open, but the issue is that there is no population of the "select a calendar" list (e.g. the list is always blank in that there is no calendar to pick). I tried to de-activate my other calendars, and only leave one active, but same result:
So, the population of the "Select a calendar" dropdown is needs to be fixed by Microsoft for this function to be actually work.
