How To remove the "App Search Bar" in Outlook

This morning Outlook updated and I noticed there is a new search bar to search apps, how may I remove this bar?

I do not use apps, do not want to use apps and have no need to search for them.

If this is related to MS Team and conjoining everything, I still want to remove this app search bar in Outlook.

Please help.

    when I try this it keeps telling me that "program is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file".

    So tired of someone changing things and making it so they are WORSE than before!!!!
