Hello Microsoft Community. I've seen various versions of this bug around and it seems to not be getting resolved. It would be great if others could simulate my use case for this bug and confirm it's not just me - as well as pose a solution or help me get Microsoft to address it!
In a nutshell, emails in the New Outlook (PC) will get stuck in 'Drafts' forever in the following scenario (imap emails):

Its so annoying. It all started today for me. If I send mails they all get stuck in the ''Drafts''.. I am using IMAP. I tried everything, deleted my account added it again. Still cant send any mails. But meanwhile I noticed, I also cant receive any mails on the Outlook App on Windows since today. I have 2 accounts on it. The Outlook (Hotmail) account is working properly but the IMAP not sending or receiving mails. On my mobile with Android Outlook things are working fine.
I tried everything, for the last 3 hrs..Sadly no result.
The problem is still happening. Just started with me on February 11 and now I'm not only not able to send any emails from either my outlook.com or bellsouth.net accounts, I'm not receiving any new emails. This has to be fixed now! It looks like it gone on for 2 years and is still happening. Surely Microsoft is aware.
it happens on old outlook too. but at least that has some settings that might help. Why are all my "sent" emails ending up in Draft Folder? - Microsoft Community
thousands of threads on this topic and going back as far back as 2018 in this community. win mail was the best and again MS has some smart alec that thought it was a good idea to kill off that product just like they did with the taskbar thingy for win 11
Thanks. I'll try this out!
