Hotmail keeps asking for my password. My password was correct. I still changed it. It keeps asking for my password nevertheless. Not only is it very annoying but it also keeps me from using my iPhone properly because that pop-up blocks me all the time I have read some of the answers you have given to people with the same problem. You only answer by asking questions. Every time they answer your question you ask another question. So no answer to be found anywhere. Just more and more questions. If you have to ask me questions, please ask them all at once. I really don’t have time for ping-pong. Thank you.

I have office 365 and use my hotmail account as my main Microsoft account. So, I am running the latest version of Outlook for Windows and still getting the constant password prompts.
I actually think by the intermittent nature of this problem they have something like an overloaded server issue. IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!
This is our business email, so sadly we cant change it. It's so very annoying, and probably costing us customers!
Yes, I agree. It is very strange the issue is still not addressed when thousands of users are affected. I have also been thinking about contacting a tech magazine and ask them to get Microsoft into speech about what they are trying to achieve and why they took away the free storage that was included in emails with attachments, so now my wife pays a subscription for storage to keep all old emails, but she says Hotmail is still unusable because of this always ask for password issue that also came in the same "package" 😀 So, Microsoft takes the money for extra storage in hotmail / onedrive, that has always been free but do seem to want to make it difficult so that people should change to Office 365 subscription. The rumors say that Microsort first decided to shut down hotmail, but after heavy complains they did not. Today we see the results if the rumour is true. But a full version of Office is a lot cheaper in the long run, so subscription is not cost effective so, this seems to be a fight against David and Goliat 🤣 However the last Word is not said in this case, and the history could repeat itself that the smallest part wins. We still have more time and will give the case to a newspaper if the case is not solved sooner or later!
Ok thank you for your reply. It's very frustrating. I'm hoping if enough people are experiencing the same issue perhaps Microsoft will look into it!
No, we still have the same issue and Microsoft still arrrogantly do not correct the issue. It is a daily problem for both me and more family members. We are now, after this long wait without any action from Microsoft talking about changing to a more stable provider since we are getting more and more upset after such a treatment after all these years as Microsoft customers. Are we as customers so little of interest, and why should we spend so much time with these problems when there are other providers to choose from?
