Hotmail keeps asking for my password. My password was correct. I still changed it. It keeps asking for my password nevertheless. Not only is it very annoying but it also keeps me from using my iPhone properly because that pop-up blocks me all the time I have read some of the answers you have given to people with the same problem. You only answer by asking questions. Every time they answer your question you ask another question. So no answer to be found anywhere. Just more and more questions. If you have to ask me questions, please ask them all at once. I really don’t have time for ping-pong. Thank you.

    I have been trying to sort this out for days now ive deleted the app, re installed it closed my Mac & Phone to also reboot my wifi then out of the blue its askig again for a password, there must be something wrong with MSN, if this continues i will need to change all my details over to another provider this is ridiculous

    I've suffered the same problems for months with Outlook 2013 and just today found this resolution - No more prompts for password.

    - Remove cached credentials

    1. Close all Microsoft Office Programs
    2. Navigate to Control Panel
    3. In the search bar, type in “Credential Manager” and select it
    4. Select Windows Credentials
    5. Under Generic Credentials select the down arrow next to any instance of MicrosoftOffice15_Data:orgid:*your email address* and remove it If you are using Office 365, it may say Office 365 instead of Office15.
    6. Open Outlook and input your new credentials when prompted. Make sure you check the box to remember your credentials.
