My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

wow, ok I'll try that. I was finally able to get in when I went incognito on Google Chrome!
I would login from live.com and it would take me to outlook but I'll try from my M365 and
go from there. Thank you!
What doesn't work? I'm running an M365 Family subscription, and I have both business M386 E3 and an E5 subscription accounts. All are M365, I have both Classic Desktop and Outlook New installed and running at the same time side by side. Please help us understand your issue. Error messages? If so, please post them, thanks! The toggle to return to Classic Outlook is now on the Help tab in Outlook New:
That doesn’t work because I’ve got 365; it won’t let me revert.
I’m told that Microsoft has degraded their products to increase their profits - do you know if that’s true?
