My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

Outlook | Windows | New Outlook for Windows | For home

That did not work for me. It seems to me that Microsoft has chosen to ram the new version down our throats. We all agree that the new version is a piece of junk, but that's how software companies make their money. Change software that isn't broken and withdraw support from the old. Too bad they don't have the user's best interest in mind when they do that.

Thanks. that is a successful solution but, at least for me, has to be done every time I open outlook. Otherwise, it defaults to new outlook. Super annoying that a fix can't be found.

I got the Classic Option button back by just clicking Help in the Outlook menu bar.
