My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

Yes Michael already did that. The problem is that when you use the tab to use the Outlook classic it still opens up with the new Outlook. So one of the replies was a female. I think it was April Speed and she sent me the link to download the old classic Outlook. I uninstalled the new version and downloaded the old classic. So all good now. You and some other dude gave me the "use the tab" respone. But when you close the Outlook next time I go to use it. It will upload the new one again and that is not what I wanted. So thanks to April Seed for sending me the link. I could not find the old classic on the MS websites or the Apple store site. It took a few responses to get what I was looking for. Thanks agin.

I didn't look through all 10 pages of replies, but did anyone mention going into the "Help" tab? I just clicked the try new outlook and feared I was stuck in the new Outlook but saw that in "Help" there is an option called "Go to classic Outlook". I've tried uploading an image but no luck, it's right in the top left of new Outlook.

Since you have Microsoft Office 365, you can download Office 2021. Install it, then log in with your Office 365 account. It will automatically enable you to use the classic Outlook.

It worked for me anyway. You don't need a key for Office 2021, since you aren't going to use it. Your 365 account covers it.
