The NEW Outlook will NOT print in landscape mode.
I do not get a choice when I click on PRINT. If I go to VIEW, I get to choose from Day, Week, Month etc. Nothing else.
Calendar settings and Print settings (i.e. the cog wheel icon) do not offer any options at all regarding landscape or portrait view.
I have another computer for which I have NOT upgraded to the NEW Outlook and fortunately, it can still print in Landscape mode with it. I also know that shifting to the NEW Outlook will become mandatory later this year.
This is extremely frustrating and so far, nobody has offered anything in the way of a solution.

I totally agree. This is a major bungle on the part of Microsoft. I need a magnifying glass to see the events on my calendar in portrait mode. AND....If I print the calendar in detail mode, it truncates the info when going from page to page. You don't get the option to scale the print size either. T e r r i b l e programing I think.
I found a solution! Ditch Outlook 365 and load the "old" desktop version of Outlook 2016. No more frustration with poor design! When MS gets their act together, I will give Outlook 365 a try again. I still use all other 365 apps.
I have figured out to print calendar in Landscape, BUT when I change the print option to "fit to page", it reverts back to Portrait when it prints, even though Landscape is still selected. Please help I want to print Landscape on one page.
Second questions, is there an option to print several months at a time, or just one month at a time?
I messed with it for like an hour and finally figured out how to make it print landscape. I uploaded a picture with my print page setup settings.
Are you also using Mac? If you are, perhaps I am using original Outlook (although I did think it was changed).. Let me check again tomorrow when I’m back with that machine.
If you are using Windows, maybe this is a case where, as usual, Microsoft hasn’t given Mac users everything that Windows users have. (We win, for once).
