Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook on the web for business
You're right, CMD+Z on Chrome does work.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I use the Outlook web app on MacOS, and selecting text word by word no longer works (shift + option + arrow on a Mac keyboard). This stopped working sometime this weekend. I tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari) and multiple Macs (Two different MBAs and one MB Mini). I tried it on a PC and it works fine. It seems that something broken on the web app for Mac users over the weekend.
This is a critical shortcut for things like copying and pasting or deleting. Anyone having the same problem and has an idea of what to do about it?

Did you use the script discussed earlier in this thread? Or did the reset resolve the original issues with opt/command/etc.?
It seems that doing the NVRAM reset (cmd+option+P+R) after shutting down and restarting the mac works.
I'm now again able to use the universal commands again.
CMD+Z is working fine for me. I'm using Arc.
Really helpful, but now I cannot input CMD+Z to undo
That's odd - definitely works here, certainly in both Edge and Arc. Anyone else seeing this?
The only thing I found not to work is Cmd-R to reply to a message (captured by Outlook - normally it'd refresh the page), but I always hated that and prefer Cmd-R to refresh anyway.
