I cannot ask all my contacts that have yahoo or sky accounts to change their firewall settings. There seems to be a problem with Microsoft!

Unfortunately, this information is absolutely not helpful for those of us who are not IT professionals to understand what needs to be done to solve this issue.
I sympathise with you there as I am in the same boat. However, I've followed the instructions just now and it is quite easy to do provided you follow the instructions. I'm not an IT person myself either but it seemed pretty logical. It just needs a closed door, a quiet room and working through it methodically.
Hopefully this will help
“Enable and add DKIM to my domain” that might as well be written in Swahili for all it means to me!
I am a pensioner using the Mail app on my iPad to send emails from my outlook account (******@live.co.uk) to my sister (who uses yahoo). Said emails started bouncing 3 days ago, I have done nothing so something changed at either the Microsoft or Yahoo server end. I would like that change backed out so she can receive my emails once again.
I agree this is ridiculous expecting people with no IT skills using personal Microsoft products to find their own solutions. We don't have the funds to employ an IT expert. I could follow the GoDaddy instructions as my email is through them, but the Microsoft instructions are impossible with no IT knowledge.
