    Thank You for the very clear information. I'm wondering if there is a way to monitor the status at microsoft and see the priority for the complaint. I haven't found a way to directly invoke microsoft support. Their support assistant application instructs me to go through the troubleshooter and it will then allow me to contact microsoft. However I cannot finish the troubleshooter since it vectors me off to a web page to purchase ms office 365. I don't want and don't need office 365.

    I really appreciate your feedback.

    Same issue here. Its been this way for at least a month. I had to swap back to the old version of outlook for windows. But they have to get this fixed ASAP.

    Yes, That seems to be consistant with others as well. Web version works.
