issue with sending email in outlook giving following error code : cf24

I have a problem with my email specially with the Failure Code CF24

What is the type of account you are using? work/school account

1. Is this happening to all emails or to specific senders? All

In the meantime, please verify whether you can successfully send emails when you log into outlook on the web. This will; help narrow down if the issue is with the app or the account itself. I cannot send any emails

Also, if you are using an IMAP account and you have recently changed my email password, please update your email account password via the Outlook Account screen. You can also try to remove and re-add the account again. I removed the account and add it and didn't work I need help please

Hi I start to have this problem in 2 of my Macs computers. I sign out and add the account again and nothing works. Cons somebody please help me?

Windows FORCED me to update to 11 and 2 weeks later I still have all kinds of problems. I am getting a Mac next time. This is ridiculous!!
