Hi, I am using the most recent version of Office 365 Outlook, and since I updated to the new layout, I am not able to copy a complete email anymore.
The only option I have is to copy and move the email to a certain number of preset folders. However, I mostly use this function to copy and add the email to an ongoing but different email thread. It seems that this not possible anymore or at least I don't how to do it.

This is an absolute nightmare since I have to constantly copy and paste for my job. Can't they just bring back the simple copy and paste feature?
Could you share a screenshot ? for me in the new outlook. There is no longer "copy" option available when right click on an email.
I have been able to successfully copy an email and paste it into another for reference. Just select the email you want to copy, right click and choose
"Copy", then paste into another draft email.
Rick G: Are you using the new Outlook or the previous version? The new one is what everyone is complaining about. That's why I turned mine back off and am using the old one. If you're using the new one, then Microsoft must have finally fixed it without telling everyone else.

This "new simplified" ribbon is a terrible idea. The copy and paste feature was fantastic, and these are much worse options.
