Sent emails have disappeared from sent inbox. This issue has been for at least 3 weeks now.
I need all my sent emails that disappeared back in sent folder as soon as possible.
Please I have tried everything and checked all folders in email no where to find these emails.
I do believe it is a glitch and a bug in the Microsoft Outlook system. Can someone from Microsoft please look into this and contact me as soon as possible.
I have posted many times and no one has contacted from Microsoft I tried calling and a recorded voice automated machine says help is gone online. This has become a big joke!! I need HELP!!
I type hotmail in google and click login on Outlook and I sign in, I have had no issues in the past just recently noticed emails disappeared.
I need my emails as soon as possible.
Please help!!!

That's not my issue. My sent folder is not filtered in any way. Just all emails prior to certain date are all gone.
Try this. Our mails weren't filteree either but this is where you find the Sort command and that's what you need.
Filter > Sort > By Date
I think you start this while in your Sent folder

Experienced the same issue, several old items in the sent folder of our users got deleted, checked the back end and the "Sent Items" folder size also was reduced, and it only has 200+ KB of size, so I'm assuming that these missing emails were really permanently deleted for some reason.
