Sent emails disappeared

Hello again,

Sent emails have disappeared from sent inbox. This issue has been for at least 3 weeks now.

I need all my sent emails that disappeared back in sent folder as soon as possible.

Please I have tried everything and checked all folders in email no where to find these emails.

I do believe it is a glitch and a bug in the Microsoft Outlook system. Can someone from Microsoft please look into this and contact me as soon as possible.

I have posted many times and no one has contacted from Microsoft I tried calling and a recorded voice automated machine says help is gone online. This has become a big joke!! I need HELP!!

I type hotmail in google and click login on Outlook and I sign in, I have had no issues in the past just recently noticed emails disappeared.

I need my emails as soon as possible.

Please help!!!

    Same problem, just latest month gone everywhere IMMEDIATELY after send. No settings have been changed

    Same here. All of my sent emails before May 2025 have disappeared.

    I have the same problem this morning, They were all there yesterday, but today emails have disappeared from Sent Items everywhere i.e.:

    * Outlook desktop on Windows 11,

    * Outlook app on iPhone,

    * When I log in to my account online via outlook.com.

    As with other people on this thread, everything was working fine until today. No settings have been changed by us that might cause this. There are far too many people reporting the same issue for it to suddenly be a user problem. It is a Microsoft 365 platform problem.

    We would all appreciate an urgent resolution please. Thank you.

    IMPORTANT sent emails disappearing from sent folder. WHAT is going on here? They are NOT archived and I did NOT delete them. They are simply gone. When you click on "You replied to this email on..." the resulting thread is missing the emails as well. WHY IS NO ONE AT MICROSOFT DOING ANYTHING HERE???

    It happened to me this morning.

    I want to find an e-mail that I sent tomorrow but nothing in Sent Items folder.

    But there is crazy thing here, I still saw it in Inbox folder as conversation.

    I tried to move it back Sent Items but it showed me a box which told me this e-mail has been deleted or moved.

    Then, I looked all folders in Outlook, in all versions (phone, laptop, app, web,...) but still nothing.
