Hello again,
Sent emails have disappeared from sent inbox. This issue has been for at least 3 weeks now.
I need all my sent emails that disappeared back in sent folder as soon as possible.
Please I have tried everything and checked all folders in email no where to find these emails.
I do believe it is a glitch and a bug in the Microsoft Outlook system. Can someone from Microsoft please look into this and contact me as soon as possible.
I have posted many times and no one has contacted from Microsoft I tried calling and a recorded voice automated machine says help is gone online. This has become a big joke!! I need HELP!!
I type hotmail in google and click login on Outlook and I sign in, I have had no issues in the past just recently noticed emails disappeared.
I need my emails as soon as possible.

This is exactly what has happened to me, too. And yes, work emails that now cannot be retrieved and I have no proof of sending them. It's caused a lot of problems.

We are also having this issue. We have held this account for upwards of ten years, and any emails older than six (6) months have been disappearing in both the sent and deleted folders. We are now having to resort to CCing an unrelated email address so that we don't lose track of important legal information.
Also tech savvy and able to navigate systems.
I am also having same issue where emails are randomly disappearing from Sent items folder. But what i have noticed that they are moving in to Local Failures Folder in Sync Issues. To access local failures folder you need to switch Folder view in outlook and then you should be able to see the Folder called "Sync Issue>Local Failures".
I cant find that email when i do search in outlook app. OWA shows word [Queued] in red color, not sure what that means.
I have troubleshot all server connectivity issue for my client app but no go. Anyone else has any idea?
