Users are experiencing an issue where the New Teams window keeps appearing unexpectedly while they're working on Outlook or other applications. This problem started on March 19, 2024, in New Zealand.
Despite attempting various solutions like clearing Teams caches, uninstalling and reinstalling the application, disabling Teams on startup, and restarting the device, the problem persists. Reinstalling Teams temporarily resolves the issue, but it reoccurs shortly afterward.
Could suggest any futher troubleshooting?

is there a solution to this problem ? I just installed the "New" Teams as recommended and it became almost impossible to work with serenity in my computer.

The team’s chat screen keeps popping up on top of other applications, aggravating users and reducing productivity.
We uninstalled Teams and then reinstalled the classic version, and we no longer have the problem.

Current status: We’ve determined that a recent Microsoft Teams desktop update introduced a code issue that is causing the impact. Our code change to remediate this issue has begun deployment and we expect that it will saturate all affected environments by Tuesday, April 2, 2024. We’ll provide regular updates on the progress of the deployment and any changes to the estimated completion timeline.
Logging out deletes your stored profile and the updated version in it. If you can't block the automatic update, it will update back to the current problematic version (at least that's what we've experienced).
But at least until it is updated again, you can turn off "as the chat app" on the GUI.
