Still getting ads after subscribing to Microsoft 365.

According to the offer Outlook is supposed to be ad free after signing up for a paid subscription.
I paid for a yearly subscription and still get ads in Outlook.
I tried, repairing, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook App yet the ads still won't go away.

I have a 365 subscription via company, but use three Gmail accounts on my outlook.
I have downloaded everything and windows and office are a go, but still have ads and my screen says "activate windows-go to settings to activate windows" I already have it! :(

2024-02-01T20:03:26+00:00 Same here. I had the issue last year and the fix was to add the email account with which my subscription was connected. I did that and all was well until a few weeks ago and now, I AM NOT GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR. As stated in the thread above, one can use gmail without the hassle. For what we pay for this app, we ought to get deluxe treatment, rather than seemingly complete inattention.
