According to the offer Outlook is supposed to be ad free after signing up for a paid subscription.
I paid for a yearly subscription and still get ads in Outlook.
I tried, repairing, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook App yet the ads still won't go away.

Ditto. This just happened to me after I updated my Android app. Only happening on my Pixel 8. Tried deleting and reinstalling. No good. Installed the Officec365 app which shows I'm valid as a subscriber. Launch Outlook...still ads. Guess they don't want me to remain a subscriber.
I tried to reset the app on my iPhone, but I still get ads.
I didn't say "reset the accounts on the devices", that was LyleMcDermid.

What do you mean to "reset the accounts on devices"? Do you mean delete and re add them?
I have three email accounts on each of my devices all Apple produycts.

On my android devices, the account can be reset within the app.
Just make sure all of your email addresses are listed in your Microsoft account profile.
