Still getting ads after subscribing to Microsoft 365.

I have recently bought an iPad 2. The same problem happens on that.

According to the offer Outlook is supposed to be ad free after signing up for a paid subscription.

I paid for a yearly subscription and still get ads in Outlook.

I tried, repairing, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook App yet the ads still won't go away.

Where is the solution!? I'm paying $100/yr for Microsoft 365 Family and I'm force-fed adds!? They've been showing up on my phone for over a year with no solution. Now, I'm forced to move to the new outlook on my PC and there's ads there too! Why are Microsoft products not recognizing my PREMIUM subscription to Microsoft 365 Premium!? Why am I being force-fed other peoples' errors!?

having logged out and logged in three times created a Outlook email address I didn’t want and have linked to my two email addresses that I’m currently paying the annual subscription for yet after 18 months you guys are still unable to remove the ads!

this help for them is not very helpful

at what point does it become an illegal scam that you guys are charging for an app and still displaying adverts when it clearly shouldn’t be the case?

Microsoft need to pull their finger out their backside and get on with this.

I see a mass lawsuit involving the regulator and 1000’s of plaintiffs
