According to the offer Outlook is supposed to be ad free after signing up for a paid subscription.
I paid for a yearly subscription and still get ads in Outlook.
I tried, repairing, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook App yet the ads still won't go away.

I am having this same problem-
According to the offer Outlook is supposed to be ad free after signing up for a paid subscription.

I'm not paying anything anymore if I have to watch and fight with ads. Don't try to act like you want to help me fix it because you don't. If you cared about the subscribers you would fix the problem. It's not my problem it is yours. You can keep it. Especially since you are raising prices 50%. I get a notification about the price increase and you start putting ads on my account right after that. NO THANKS.
