Still getting ads after subscribing to Microsoft 365.

According to the offer Outlook is supposed to be ad free after signing up for a paid subscription.

I paid for a yearly subscription and still get ads in Outlook.

I tried, repairing, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook App yet the ads still won't go away.

Yeah, I have the same problem. Why do I pay for a subscription just to have ads crammed into my email?

Having the same issue with having ads, and the 15GB limit as well, when I have 1TB through the 365 subscription. Fix your issues Microsoft. You charge people to pay to remove ads, yet do nothing when an issue arises.

I'm not sure if I have the desktop or web. How do you know? I have a live.com email.

I'm using Microsoft Office 365 personal account.

I am subscribing to Microsoft and I am still getting ads on top of my inbox.
