Still getting ads after subscribing to Microsoft 365.

According to the offer Outlook is supposed to be ad free after signing up for a paid subscription.

I paid for a yearly subscription and still get ads in Outlook.

I tried, repairing, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook App yet the ads still won't go away.

    Thanks. A positive reply.

    However, I tried this and was told the account already existed. Of course it does, that’s how I log in. BUT: noticed my outlook.com offers an upgrade. So I’m not actually signed in as having a 365 account, which I do. When I tapped it, I was offered ways in which I could pay for a new subscription. Not going to do that. Choosing the option to use my subscription said diverging scout out already being used.

    Honestly I’m losing the will to live here. Ego runs Microsoft? Sorry: ‘who’, that was a typo. Or was it?
