According to the offer Outlook is supposed to be ad free after signing up for a paid subscription.
I paid for a yearly subscription and still get ads in Outlook.
I tried, repairing, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook App yet the ads still won't go away.

Too late, I cancelled.my subscription to Microsoft 365 and deleted the Outlook app.
Going back to gmail which has no ads nor any other issues, just thought I'd try MS365 and Outlook but not worth the time or effort attempting to debug.

I have the same issue after subscribing to 365. I have also logged out and logged in again, with an e-mail address associated with my 365 account.
How can you force people to see ads after having them pay for 365? Please provide concrete steps on how to remove the bar rather than log out and log in.

I have had ms office subscriptions since 2016 and used outlook for years. All of a sudden I’m getting ads and can’t get rid of them.
Incredible that they do not bother responding ...
Same thing happens to me, I am using Outlook Desktop App and paid the Microsoft 365 and still getting annoying adds, I also need specific step by step to get rid of them
