Outlook keeps logging me out every day (both on phone and laptop).

Their answer about clearing cache and is just their BS answer because they don't care enough to look into the real problem. I've already reported that this issue happened on a brand new machine, on a brand new browser in incognito mode. It started happening within the first day. They have a bug somewhere and they couldn't care less because if it effects only a portion of their customers then it doesn't matter because we're just number and money to them. They understand that they create lock-in where it become difficult for a company to switch services after getting integrated to their platform. Once you're onboard the quality of their service goes down fast.

The lack of anyone from Microsoft addressing this issue speaks volumes. We've been slowly setting up our parallel systems on GSuite and will switch the DNS over once we think we have it setup right. I can't wait to purge myself from this platform forever.

Same problem. 4 computers, all running win 11. I have to sign in to office 365 and my MS account each time I restart or shut down and turn on the computer/laptop.

I have the exact same problem on all 4 of my computers. At irregular intervals I get logged out of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Skype, Edge.

It is extremely annoying. This has been addressed on many forums and I don't understand Microsoft pretending that this problem doesn't exist.
