Outlook keeps logging me out every day (both on phone and laptop).

It keeps making me log back in (via the number confirmation system) which is annoying because I have to have my phone on hand at all times to confirm my laptop, and I have to actively check outlook every day just to make sure I haven't missed any emails due to outlook randomly logging me out. Is there a way to bypass this? It's getting very frustrating to deal with.

Same problem here. Outlook for windows keeps logging my both email accounts out multiple times per day. Outlook for Windows is a total failure. The old one was working a little bit better but it did the same thing. I have gmail and hotmail. They just can't fix this problem even after it has been going on for a year alreay.

People should start using something else like Thunderbird or maybe go for Linux instead of failing microsoft.

    Hi Microsoft,

This same thing has been happening to me for months and as you can see this thread started in April and multiple people have replied saying it is happening to them to. Are you going to look into it and fix the issue or no?

So what are we doing about this? Issue seems to be for many users of Microsoft. Productivity is down significantly within my business and even with 4 pages of complaints on here not a single response since 13th Feb 2024. Awful to be ignored in this way.

No words pertaining to security or logging into the account are mentioned in (at least my) settings in Outlook on the web. Your lack of proper response to the issue that is now being experienced very widely is disappointing. I'm not sure how possible it is for you to escalate it to any higher-ups, but, if you read the many responses here, it is quite evident that people are tired of waiting and will simply switch to the competitor's side.
    Best regards.
