Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

touch wood as of this morning, january 26 2024, my blackberry hub+ seems to be working as far as outlook is concerned. At least...I just sent an email from the hub using my outlook mail account and it was sent OK and was received (received by a different email account) without any complaint about authenticating. Which is a change from yesterday. I didn't do anything, either.

update: it worked for a few hours, and again telling that the password is incorrect, which BTW is not true, So I think the between BB Hub and outlook.com, there is something not compatible these days and it continues to disconnect from time to time.

That is not my experience. I just tried at least 6 email apps on my phone when the HUB stopped working to evaluate alternatives, and every single one worked. This is on my Samsung S23 Ultra. I haven't found one that does everything HUB+ does, but they all authenticated and worked as expected.

So you can confirm You managed to add MS activesync accounts into Your S23 without problems? Where did you added the accounts? Under Settings-Accounts-Add Account-Exchange? Because I can also add any IMAP or POP account as well into phone but I can't add any ActiveSync accounts to get addresses and calendar synced.
