Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

update: i have tried this with one of my hotmail/outlook accounts and it does not seem to work for me. I am stuck at the "Azure Account Authentication" blank page. help?

earlier question: does anyone know if this solution also works for contacts and calendars in blackberry hub for hotmail? I have android version 14. I have not done anything since this all started back in Jan and my hub works for 1 or 2 emails and then all clogged up. But emails come through. So far I was afraid to remove both my hotmail accounts as I didn't want to lose what I have, as bad as it is.

I am just tired of Microsoft screwing around with customers. All my emails with Microsoft in BlackBerry hub app won't connect. All are down, it doesn't matter how many apps passwords you request, it won't connect. BlackBerry Hub did their due diligence and updated the app to accommodate with Microsoft regarding App passwords plus connectivity but it is Microsoft who keeps screwing around. I am giving up and cancelling membership with both, with Microsoft for incompetency and BB hub because there is no point to have this app any longer If Microsoft won't cooperate. It is sad but true.

I'm confused. Don't you just put a new email account into the BB hub and click on the sign in with Microsoft and use the Microsoft authenticator to confirm the sign in? That's what I did
