BlackBerry android devices or any Google device can't connect to outlook server

Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet - or which devices it works on. BlackBerry support emailed me these instructions. I have a newer phone with Android (above 8) and this worked for me:

"If you currently have your Microsoft account configured in Hub, please remove it and then readd the account. After entering the email address in the Add Account flow, you will be asked for a password, below which is a button labeled "Sign in with Microsoft". Rather than entering the password,  click this button and use the Microsoft prompts to login, accept any permission dialogs, and you should be able to complete the workflow and now access your email."

*I also signed up for beta but I believe this works on both regular & beta.

Looks like they must have done a recent update because there is now an:

    OR

'sign in with Microsoft' button in the Hub email options! Amazing!

Worked instantly (after verifying the sign in by 2FA that popped up as a notification - I also have Outlook installed as a backup).

    Thanks Scout Arora1!

I downloaded the updates and added back the outlook.com account 12 hours ago. So far so good. I'll give it a couple days then try adding back my work exchange account.
