Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

I loaded the update. Outlook.com is working but now my work exchange account is a problem. BB Hub on android

I use Hotmail and this whole thing has been a hit and miss, but I still get all of my email. N BB hub. I do get the message on occasion that I have to validate password...sometimes it will take the password immediately, other times I have to attempt 10 times...whether it accepts password or not, I still get my Hotmail email on BB hub. Sometimes I just regard. Anyway, I installed the outlook app as well on my Google Pixel Pro 8 and if I think I'm missing an email or thinks seem slow, I just check outlook app. I actually like having the outlook app on my phone as well because I can do more with the email if like getting into other folders if I have to, but for the most part I still just use the BB hub as I have 2 accounts including Hotmail and two Google accounts including my work email
I think so. BB support encouraged me to join the beta if I wanted to try it. Said it was just released today and may take some to show up everywhere
