Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

2024-08-21T12:03:41+00:00 I am using a BlackBerry KEYone and a Google Pixel 8 Pro with Blackberry Hub+ and had the same problems with my email-account ending @hotmail.com . I was asked a password update after trying to update my emails.
I found a solution for my BB KEYone:
Email address ******@hotmail.com
user: ******@hotmail.com
password: you must get a specified password for third party application through the Microsoft website and then enter it (16 letters)
server: imap-mail.outlook.com
port: 993
SSL/TLS
accept all certificates
SMTP:
smtp-mail.outlook.com
port: 587
STARTTLS
Before I entered this data I deleted my hotmail-account on BlackBerry Hub+ and added the account again using the above settings
I do hope it is of help for you (my Mother tongue is German ... )
