Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Does using app password work for you? I've never gotten my hub to accept the generated app password...
Using app password works for me with IMAP, but not Exchange ActiveSync (EAS), and even then, I still get the occasional authentication errors, but eventually it syncs again.
I opened another ticket with Blackberry support and the response was:
'We are working hard on Modern Auth support for Outlook.com email and will provide an update as soon as a version is provided with the update.'
So, perhaps there is hope.
Wow, nice! Thanks for that!
