Using Outlook for Android for personal email and calendar management
Yes at that time the IMAP configuration in BB HUB for an Hotmail account works fine for email but nada for contacts and planning.

Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Yes, for that part you need the Outlook app so that it syncs it for you. I think you might be able to do it with Gmail app too.
So instead of keeping up pressure on BB and Microsoft to solve this issue, we need to use IMAP instead of full Exchange services, and also use the Outlook app to synch our calendar and contacts ...
And get people who berate us for wanting the bug fix, and tell to live with this cumbersome and asynchronous kluge?
Gotcha.
I understand your position, but I think, we also need to know the realities. MS has discontinued support for the older auth method, so they don't have anything to "fix". Regarding BB, they could update the app, but... we pay 1€ for it, for this money, this small workaround for Outlook, I won't complain.
Thank you for your help. In fact I skipped a few pages and missed that bit about the IMAP workaround. For me email was the most important part since most (if not all) my calendar events and contacts are already on the remaining Blackberry Apps and synced to Google.
