Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

The login with Microsoft Exchange work account is different than the free account. I doubt you have your Exchange account set up property...

I have to say, I envy your life, as such details as to having to install an app on a phone is an issue for you. There are many larger issues in the world/life, kudos to you for not having exposure to those.

What are you talking about? I installed an app to work around this a long time ago (Edison Mail), and enabled Outlook for synching of Calendar and Contacts and I'm doing just fine. I'm just pointing out that it is still broken, and monitoring this forum in case a real fix actually comes along. This forum is specifically about this problem. If you are not interested and want to focus on all your other problems, go right ahead.

    Indeed.
You went to a forum where you are trying to get a technical issue resolved.
What you don't need are trolls, or people who question why you are on a board like this.
    I don't envy their lives.

I was simply pointing out that installing an additional app is really a minor inconvenience, which is mitigated by continued use of BB Hub.
