Using Outlook for Android for personal email and calendar management
I've never used app password. Regular password worked for me for three weeks now. I guess it depends.

Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

That shouldn't matter. xyz @ hotmail.com and xyz @ outlook.com are essentially the same.
This worked for me on a Motorola Edge 2022. Thank you!
I don't think it will work on a BlackBerry device like a KEY2 because the Outlook app is not available on such devices due to the old Android version.
I believe Nate650 is correct. It seems only Outlook Lite can be installed on a Blackberry KEY2, and Outlook Lite does not support synchronization of Calendar or Contacts.

Sir, I don't know where did you get that from. You are misleading and discouraging people with that statement instead of helping to solve the problem. Attached is a picture of my Key2 Red screen with the Outlook app and working perfectly. You are only right on one thing: Microsoft stopped updating android 8.1 past July 2023. Whoever still have it can use it without updates even reinstalling the last version before July 10, 2023 (not from Google Play). If whoever is reading this feels comfortable with the Outlook lite, I respect that but last update of Outlook is up and running without any issues or bugs. I think Microsoft made sure last update did not have issues for the users of the old 8.1 OS version before removing 8.1 from the list. Actually for updates it requires android 9. BBhub+ is working perfectly in my Key2 with or without outlook. Cheers
