Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Don't give up. You must be doing something wrong. I have a Google Pixel 8. All you need to do when you are on settings is open your browser at the same time and login into your Microsoft account. Click on Security and then click or tap on Security dashboard and go way below where it says: "Create a password app". Copy and paste it and that's all. For old BlackBerries whether are OS 10 or Android I recommend IMAP. All the other Androids whatever you wish but keep your 2FA off just in case even though there was an update and it won't be necessary. THE MATTER IS RESOLVE. It wasn't BlackBerry but Microsoft new authentication system. Microsoft has contacted BlackBerry and that's the solution. P.S. For every App or device you must refresh or log into Microsoft account to create the password. The password you used one time for a device or app won't be the same for next one. Good luck

I'm not clear on how to paste the password in - is there a menu on the Hub I need to open up?

And thanks for relaying this information!

Those options don't exist when I log in with my browser.

Just open the hub window settings where you enter a password, minimize it and go to browser for your Microsoft following the instructions I gave you, highlight it and copy the password given, minimize and go back to the hub and paste it, submit and tap submit until it accept it. Sometimes it will accept it at the first try but you keep submitting without closing the hub window. If you can't open Microsoft account in your mobile browser then open it in your laptop and copy the password to the hub password box. Good luck
