BlackBerry android devices or any Google device can't connect to outlook server

Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

    Ok. I can't get the BB Hub to authenticate my hotmail.com using the Microsoft Exchange.

    But I did manage to get the IMAP working so you'll at least get access to your email folders.

    Use the Microsoft Authenticator App password and enter the following information for IMAP under the BB hub Manual Setup:

    IMAP server:

    outlook.office365.com

    IMAP port:

    993

    IMAP encryption:

    SSL/TLS

    SMTP server name:

    smtp-mail.outlook.com

    SMTP port:

    587

    SMTP encryption:

    STARTTLS

    Worked for me right away and seems stable right now. I setup up my two Hotmail and one outlook accounts. Good work around for people still having issues.

    Pay close attention to typing the inputs in right!

    My Blackberry classic will no longer link to my hotmail account. Its a new used phone, I think I may be able to do it if I could find all the info for login, domain etc, but im not sure where to access that info

    My brother has a classic, it connects and stays few hours connected then he has to get another password. As a now, there isn't a permanent solution If you have to go Microsoft and generate a password so many times a day.

    I have stopped using 2FA for the very reason that I was having to generate a password all the time.

    I have reverted to just using my own password and things are no better but no worse.

    So it never asked you to generate password again? What do you mean with "no better, no worse" ?
