Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Hello, I have news for you. It looks like is a Microsoft issue. Amazon subscribers also have problems to connect their tablets with Microsoft server. BB Hub still is alive. If you have an Amazon tablet, try to add your outlook mail. It won't work either.

The same problem here. I can't recreate outlook.com e-mail account on Key2 Blackberry Hub and neither on Sony 1 V gmail app.

On Blackberry Key2 I can't create Outlook exchange account at all, tried everything. Created App password on MS account advanced security settings page and that does not help. Tested both server addresses eas.outlook.com and outlook.office365.com - no luck. It only saying "Your account (******@outlook.com) can't be authenticated".

Then tested to create the same exchange account on new Sony I V Android and it let me to create imap account without calendar and contacts syncing. Yesterday everything worked normally on both phones.

And then there is an old Samsung GalaxyA8 with Android 9, where the same exchange account working normally, calendar, contacts and e-mails syncing with 2 PC-s correctly.
