Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Thanks for reply. I've tried using two-step, but to still results in the same update password request, and of course its more of a palaver to get a generated password to input, than just using my own password.
Thanks for the reply. Still no change here.
I have the same problem on my BB Priv phone using BB Hub+ Inbox, but with one out of three Hotmail accounts only.
The problem account happens to be also in my MS Authenticator in the same phone (i.e. the other two accounts that are not in the Authenticator are OK). Is there a link between this problem (related to new email TFA policy?) and the MS Authenticator for this account being on my phone?
Yes I just tried this from the Services bit of BB Hub and it seems to have let me reinstall my Outlook account - thank you so much!
