Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

    Hello Kerry,

I tried this and they said they do not have access to the e-mail portion and that they are responsible for the outlook app only.

    Best,

    Pat

Same here, starting to think hub+ is dying. As a paying subscriber, this is not acceptable

I think the problem is on Microsoft's side, there is very little which could break on the BB Hub side. Hoping Microsoft Engineers are looking into it. But just to be on the safe side, I have reached out to BB Hub support as well.

It seems to work intermittently... very odd that it works and then sonetime after displays an error authentication problem. Without doing anything... it works again and then the error happens again a few hours later. Must be some interface with Microsoft?

yes it is an MS issue, my google accounts don't have that problem. But at the same time, the outlook app works so it is only an issue with MS & Hub+ together.

also, i have 4 ms accounts, and while it is mostly intermittent, 1 of them is very consistent with the errors.
