Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

I received a reply from BlackBerry support, confirming that it's a Microsoft issue. The provided the following support link:

I read in another thread, best to ignore the prompt. With successive retries, Hub will connect eventually.

    Hi,

New to Blackberry Hub+. Feel as if I've been missing out all these years. Blackberry was my life and I didn't realise this app existed.

Just to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong and it's the problem that you are all discussing and not me. Can I clarify that when I go to link my Outlook 365 account to the Hub I use an app password from Microsoft? I've typed in my email address, then entered the app password and then I get the authentication error. Is there anything else I should be doing to link email or is this the problem that is happening at the moment?

    Thanks.
