Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Sorry I don't think I will be much help to you. I can confirm I have all of the sync switches turned on, but I don't ever use or care about calendars and contacts. As for syncing to the cloud, all I can say is the server name is outlook.office365.com
I am also having this issue since about 2 days ... can Microsoft please fix ASAP, this is slowing down my work emails and its extremely unpleasant.
Don't let it go. I created a ticket with BlackBerry and whoever has a subscription or Enterprise. They told me that because of Microsoft made changes on its platform, it affected Blackberry and now developers are working on it. Also, Microsoft have to work in this as well because it is unknown who created this problem. I encourage you to open a ticket with BlackBerry support so they hurry up with so many tickets opened. Than you for kind words. I opened another thred on MS help because on my other phone there is no BB software, it is pure Android 14 with factory apps and the errors are identical to BB phone.
If phone has already ActiveSync account added, it works as supposed, if you have to add account to Android device, it is not possible anymore. And MS help suggesting to delete account and recreate it which results loosing calendar and contacts.
