Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Thanks everyone for the updates! I also joined the beta community to correct the issue on my Blackberry KEY2, but "the application is no longer compatible with my phone". So they first has never ever made any android update for the KEY2, and now they are blocking me, because of their own fault, to install their own app update! This is completely ridiculous. I wish I lived in the USA to sue them.

Creating an app password for Gmail allowed me to configure the account. A good workaround for now.

    How do you do that?
