Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Hello Kerry,
I tried this and they said they do not have access to the e-mail portion and that they are responsible for the outlook app only.
Best,
Pat
Yes I am confirming that I am having the same issue.
The blackberry hub e-mail application is not authenticating my outlook.com e-mail account. It was working completely fine until about 1.5 days ago. Now despite deleting the account on blackberry hub application and trying to re-add my outlook.com account, it refuses to authenticate.
same issue ...have you found a solution?
I have the same authentication email account issue when I changed my Microsft password. I have the Blackberry hub app installed on my Samsung 21 FE. All was working fine until yesterday.
I tried my new password and also deleted my certificate history... worked for a few minutes then, same issue again happened.
It's not a Microsoft work account... it's a live.com email account.
Need help please! Thx
