Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

I have been having the same issue on both my phones running Blackberry Hub on my Android Pixel 6a's

I chatted with MS tech support who suggested turning on 2FA, then getting an app password, and using that as my mail password for my one Android phone. I got the same authentication error. the agent suggested it was a blackbery hub issue and to contact them.

This morning my phone is getting some email, but still getting Authentication errrors on both Outlook accounts on my phone, even the account I didn't adjust, (so both accounts giving errors, getting emails, even though I only changed settings for one of them

Likewise, my wife's phone hasn't received anything since Tuesday on our shared outlook mailbox.

And sadly Microsoft helpdesk suggests to delete the exchange account on phone and recreate it. As a result You loose all your contacts and calendar data because you can't recreate the account.

The issue has nothing to do with BlackBerry Hub, after 24.01 it is impossible to add Exchange/ActiveSync account into any Android device.

I tried Outlook app on my phone, it can read ofcourse all my outlook account data but when somebody calling in, phone does not show caller id. Not a solution.

I have the same issue. getting the message update password. When I update pssword, it says cannot authenticate. it is happening intermittently. works for s few hours and then the same message appears again. I think it is a Microsoft issue. I do not have aproblem with my W10 lapto and IOS phone.

I'm having the same issue. It just started happening today, January 25, 2024. I tried removing the account and reinstalling it, and also changed my password, re-entered the new password and I keep getting an error message. I can open my account fine on a laptop running Windows 11. This is strictly occurring on a mobile device running Android.

Other people on Reddit are reporting the same issue, so this is not an isolated incident.
