Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

touch wood as of this morning, january 26 2024, my blackberry hub+ seems to be working as far as outlook is concerned. At least...I just sent an email from the hub using my outlook mail account and it was sent OK and was received (received by a different email account) without any complaint about authenticating. Which is a change from yesterday. I didn't do anything, either.

So you added a \ before outlook.office365.com? Can you specify? Was it on the domain box?

Scott, there are many email clients for Android with unified inbox. I'm using Edison email right now with 7 Outlook accounts and one work Exchange Activesync account while I wait for a HUB+ fix. I haven't found one that gives me everything HUB+ does, but besides Edison, there is Bluemail, Aquamail, Spark, Nine, and many others. All authenticated for me when I tried them.

    Iris,

What settings did you use? What did you use for Server?

Is it still working? Are contacts and calendar syncing?
