Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

MS says the issue is resolved, but still broken for me even when using my app password. How bout everyone else?
Same for me. I was able to re add my account to the Hub eventually and it seems to be working. It does seem to be a Microsoft issue, intermittent, and they do know about it. I've seen an article in one of the tech journals about this so it's out there. ONCE YOU CONNECT AGAIN, IGNORE THE ERROR PROMPTS! Hub should connect again eventually.
Well Blackberry is no help ... they simply blame Microsoft.
And they closed my case:

I'm in the same position. I deleted my accounts in hopes to re-add and now it is a hard stop. Hope MS can figure this out soon.
