Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

    Hi all,

I just posted this request in another thread, Outlook 2016 doesn't accept password or app password - Microsoft Community.

The service team asked me to get the Outlook.com email address for those seeing the issue so they can check the backend to investigate what is causing the auth prompts. Thank you to those that responded. If they need more I will post again 2/2/24.

Hello, my problem isn't related with Outlook App. The problem is with Microsoft Server. Your server marks Orange warning which indicate your server has problems. Thank you anyway.

As of this afternoon (UK), unable to access any email on Hub+ on either of my devices. Tried using generated password but won't authenticate. Tried generating a new password, same problem. Tried deleting account and reinstalling same problem

    Update:

I've binned two-step verification on my hotmail account.

I then tried to set up the account using the BlackBerry Hub+ Services app and managed to get it up and running on both devices. We'llsee how long it works.
