Have we just thrown in the towel then?

Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Yes, just a work around to get to your emails through Hub, but noticed that the contacts and calenders are not synced using IMAP :).
thanks for the solution, but this works only for emails with BB Hub. Contacts and Calendar is not synced.
I agree my contacts are not synced. I have used the blackberry hub with my Samsung s 22 for over 2 years and also have had the update password and update settings pop up messages since end of January.
Hi Gabriel
Thank you for this update. I was wondering if you could help/advise particularly on compatibility between Blackberry Hub+ and the new requirements for Outlook. I continue to get requests for me to reenter the password and when I do that it not being validated on my Blackberry Hub Inbox running on Android with my Pixel 6a.
I'm not very tech savvy so don't really understand if there is some way of getting things to work properly again or if I have no chance now of being able to use BB Hub for my email/calendar/notes. I find the way I can integrate multiple accounts and calendars on BB Hub much more user-friendly than Outlook on the mobile phone.
So, is there anything I can do to get things back to how they were. I currently have a free outlook account although I paid for the Office Home and Business 2019 suite so have a paid for Outlook on my laptop.
I'd really appreciate your thoughts as I am finding this all quite stressful and I don't really have the tech skills to fix it.
Thanks
Charlotte
